Victoria has moved to “stage three” coronavirus restrictions, as the state recorded 56 more confirmed cases of COVID-19, bringing the total to 821.
From midnight tonight, Victorians face on-the-spot fines of more than $1,600 if they breach coronavirus restrictions that limit gatherings to just two people.
The two-person limit does not apply to people who live in the same house, and excludes workplaces and schools.

63 new cases of COVID-19 in New Zealand made up of 60 new confirmed cases and 3 probable cases. This is as at 9.00 am [NZST] this morning.

The Centre for Health Protection (CHP) of the Department of Health (DH) announced that as of 4pm [HKST] today (March 29), the CHP is investigating 64 additional confirmed cases of COVID-19, taking the number of cases to 583 in Hong Kong so far (comprising 582 confirmed cases and one probable case).

As of 29 March 2020, 12pm (SST), the Ministry of Health (MOH) has confirmed and verified an additional 42 cases of COVID-19 infection in Singapore, of which 24 are imported and 18 are local cases who have no recent travel history abroad.

VIC DEPT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
As of 1pm [AEST], 29 March 2020, Victoria has been 769 total confirmed cases, 26 people are in hospitals including four people in intensive care. Four people have died. Almost two thirds of cases are directly linked to overseas travel, and 21 were locally acquired with no know link to overseas travel or another confirmed case. In total, 193 people have recovered.

NSW GOVT HEALTH
As at 8pm [AEST], Saturday March 28 2020, an additional 174 cases of COVID-19 have been diagnosed, since 8pm 27 March, bringing the total number of confirmed cases in NSW to 1,791.

Queensland has 31 new confirmed cases of novel coronavirus (COVID-19) raising the state total to 656, as the Chief Health Officer directs Queenslanders to limit household guests.
